Introduction (Watch first!)
All the exercises and techniques in this course have been designed to be safe and beneficial for you, however, if any of the exercises feel uncomfortable for you or if you feel pain, listen to your body. If you have any doubts about the exercise, skip it. If you have any health problems, neck issues or particular needs, consult your doctor before doing the exercises.
Always ensure you work to your own comfort level. Be sure to wash your hands every time you do face yoga so you prevent breakouts. Water is also encouraged after completing your face yoga sessions.
