In this 2.5 hour workshop, Nicole McGrath, certified Face Yoga Teacher & Super Trainer, teaches you the five components of Face Yoga:
  • Facial Exercise:  Upper & Lower face workout consisting of 18+ techniques to help firm, lift, and smooth the skin.
  • Facial Massage:  Gentle massage to help with circulation, toxin removal, muscle relaxation, lymphatic drainage.
  • Facial Acupressure:  Improve circulation, lymphatic drainage, and energy in the face.
  • Facial Relaxation:  Learn to relax the facial muscles that reduce and prevent lines from forming and deepening.
  • Wellbeing:  Wellbeing techniques that will brighten skin, reduce fine lines and improve overall wellbeing.
PLUS - You will get a separate lesson of just the Upper & Lower Face Workout so you can easily access the a face yoga routine for daily use!! A cheat sheet you can printout for additional help is also provided.

This workshop was originally taught live on zoom and now you get to experience the recording in your own time.

Face Yoga uses facial exercises to strengthen specific muscle groups to keep the top layer of skin plump and firm, as well as facial massage to relax muscles to prevent further lines and wrinkles. 

This workshop incorporates mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help you achieve a healthy, glowing complexion from the inside out. Follow along with demonstrations of each component that result in a more energized and radiant appearance, as well as a more relaxed state of mind.

My Transformation

Here are the results of consistently practicing Face Yoga for a year spending only 10-20 minutes a day doing so. As you can see, Face Yoga has brought a more toned, firmed, and energized appearance. The forehead wrinkles have decreased, the dark circles and lines under the eyes have softened, and the eyes haves lifted and brightened. In addition, the cheeks, jaw, and neck have become more defined. And the most significant results came in less than 6 months of practice!
